This app is designed to work entirely offline and on-device. We do not collect or transmit any personal data to our servers. All data you enter is stored locally on your device using your device's local storage.
The types of data you may enter into the app include:
None of this data is uploaded to our servers, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or analytics purposes.
The Grassroots Football App is intended for use by coaches managing youth and grassroots football teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Player names entered into the app are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party.
We recommend that coaches use player first names only, or initials, rather than full names when adding players to the app.
The Grassroots Football App offers an optional premium subscription (Grassroots Annual) to unlock additional features. All payment processing is handled securely by:
Subscription management is powered by RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives anonymised purchase data (such as a randomised user ID and subscription status) in order to validate your subscription. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, payment card details, or any data you enter into the app. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
We do not store or process payment card details. All billing is managed directly by Google or Apple. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
Other than RevenueCat for subscription management, this app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services.
All app data (teams, players, match history, settings) is stored locally on your device using your device's secure local storage. This data is not backed up to our servers.
If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device. We cannot recover this data as it is never transmitted to us.
Because all data is stored locally on your device and we do not receive or store your personal information, most data rights (access, correction, deletion) can be exercised directly within the app or by uninstalling it.
