By accessing or using The Grassroots Football App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
The Grassroots Football App is a mobile application designed to help grassroots football coaches manage player rotation, track game time, record match statistics, and plan training drills. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.
The App offers a free tier allowing users to track a limited number of matches, after which a premium subscription is required to continue using the coaching features.
Subscription Details:
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews annually at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You will be charged through your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription price. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that date.
How to cancel:
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Google Play or Apple support for refund requests.
New users may use the App free of charge for up to 3 match tracking sessions. After this free tier is exhausted, a premium subscription is required to continue tracking matches. You may still access previously saved match history and team data without a subscription.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the property of The Grassroots Football App and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Grassroots Football App and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
